what we do for you?

One-on-one training

Our one-on-one training involves working personally with our experienced electoral officer, wherever you are. If you are looking for support in your role as electoral officer or deputy electoral officer, there's no one better to talk to.

Group workshop

Our group workshops allow staff from across local authorities to collaborate and learn. We can teach your front-house staff crucial skills for any election they're involved in like issuing/receiving special votes and handling candidate nominations.

Training events

Our training events give your staff the information they need. We teach a variety of skillsets such as processing nominations and special votes. Training events can be held at our office or remotely, though we find working face-to-face allows for the best communication.

Nominations

Though we offer the service of handling nominations for an election process, front-house staff are often required to handle receiving nominations. We can train your staff in the necessary processes to receive and process candidate nominations.

Special Votes

We can train your staff to receive and issue special votes. This process can be complex, and we lend our considerable experience towards making sure your staff know everything they need to.

Format and Resources

Workshops often include a succinct presentation outlining key information for staff, relevant informational handouts to check against as the workshop is taking place, as well as for revision afterwards, a run through of various scenarios for a more practical approach and a question and answer session to clarify any points that were unclear. Our training sessions aim to be comprehensive and highly informative.
